Shipping:
Please allow 3-4 business days for your package to ship. 
We offer free shipping over $120. Orders under $120 will be charged $14.00 shipping. 
We also offer FREE in store pickup @ 15 Water Street, Grand Bank.

Return Policy:
Christmas returns/exchanges will be accepted until Friday, January 9th. No exceptions for extensions.
We understand that not everything is going to fit how you expected! So we offer 7 days for a full refund and 14 for exchange or store credit. 
Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with tags still attached. Returns are subject to denial if these demands are unmet.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, exchange or store credit- we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygienic reasons bodysuits, undergarments (underwear & bralettes), earrings, glassware and face masks are final sale.

In store pick up orders follow the same exchange policy as in-store purchases. You have 7/14 days from date of purchase NOT pickup date.

Gift Certificates are final sale.

If an item is exchanged it then becomes final sale.

Defective/Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are a manufactures defect or damage within 2 months of date of purchase, at the discretion of the owner. You may exchange for another item for the value it was purchased.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on Merninis that have not been purchased from our store.
